1. What can be dipped in the Chocolate fountain?
Strawberries, Bananas, Kiwis, Maraschino Cherries, Dried Fruit, Nut Clusters, Cookies, Pretzels/Peanut Butter Pretzels, Marshmallows, Biscotti, etc.
Avoid Items that crumble.
2. What kind of chocolate will be used in the fountain?
We use the finest Sephra Fondue Belgian Chocolate by Callebaut. The chocolate is available in dark, milk, or white.
3. Who provides dipping items?
Traviata, LLC. or Banquet facilities provide the dipping items.
4. How many people does the fountain serve?
The 27" fountain serves up to 300 people. It may be used to serve from 20 to 300. Different amounts of chocolate serves a different number of people. Unless of course they become chocoholics due to the exquisite flavor of the chocolate. There is always more chocolate available for an additional charge.
5. Where can the fountain be used?
Chocolate fountains can be used in any indoor facility with an electrical outlet nearby.
The facility and/or customer must provide a level, sturdy table.
6. Can chocolate fountains be used outside?
It is not a good idea to use chocolate fountains outside. In certain situations the fountain will not function correctly outside because of the temperature, wind, and the presence of chocolate craving insects.
7. How can chocolate fountains be reserved?
In order to book a fountain, you need to contact us for the availability of your event’s date. A verbal commitment will hold the date for seven days. To secure the date, we need a signed contract and a $200 deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
